If we could bring you additional business that you would not have had, with no risk to you at all, using none of your time, and if I did all the work and took all the risks, would you be prepared to pay me a percentage of the increased business I brought to you?
Basically what this means is that we don’t get paid unless we increase your business and we only get paid on the customers that we bring to you that actually buy something from you.
If we generate more business for you, you will pay us a predetermined fee.
If we don’t increase your business, we get zero, zilch, nada, nothing.
And I will put that in writing.
